Operating Instructions Glass Relief Border     

I. Cutting

 1）Use stone cutting machine with water pipe, use special glass slice (model：HC. Special glass slice).

 2）When cut the crystal and jade glass products, please make the products in contact with the water,

     speed should not be fast,in order to avoid the products damage.

II. Method to paste

 1）Gap pasting is the best way to use, it’s the international general usage mode of trimming and

     construction, the common gap is 1 to 2 millimeters with the exception of special trimming effects. 

 2）It’s adopted jointing adhesive for special ceramics, glass cement, the low grade cement and sands.

 3）When use the cement, The ratio of cement to water is 1 to 1,do not use pure grout to prevent crazing.

III. Method to maintenance and clean

 1）Do not use acid purity products, use ordinary daily detergent is O.K.

 2）Put an end to flay a flint on the surface of the procucts, in order to scuffing.
